Exchanges and Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 30 days of shipment for a refund (not to include shipping cost) or exchange. Refunds and exchanges are provided upon the condition that the item show no visible signs of wear or damage. note: Leather cords are not returnable/refundable.

Silver Exchanges and Returns

If you need to exchange an item of silver jewelry for a different size or style, return it according to the instructions below. Please include a notation on the invoice indicating the desired size and/or style of the replacement. By doing so, you authorize an additional charge to your credit card of $4.00 per item for our restocking fee. If you paid by a method other than credit card please include $4.00 per item (cash or money order) with your return. We will return your new piece via USPS First Class Mail upon receipt and processing.

Gold Exchanges and Returns

Since our gold jewelry is made to order and imported from Ireland, please note there will be 15% restocking fee on all items of gold jewelry. Please package the item carefully (including all original presentation packaging and paperwork) and insure the shipment for the price of the item. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Return Instructions:

Repackage the item(s) in the original or equivalent packaging with the original invoice (or a copy) and return to us via the US Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Please do NOT attempt to return any item in an unpadded, paper envelope! Loss of merchandise due to failure to follow these instructions will be the responsibility of the customer.
