Exchanges & Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 30 days of shipment for a full refund (not to include shipping cost) or exchange. Refunds and exchanges will be provided upon the condition that the item show no visible signs of wear or damage.

If you need to exchange a ring for a different size, return it according to the instructions below and include a notation on the invoice indicating the size of the replacement ring. By doing so you authorize an additional charge to your credit card in the amount of $4.00 for restocking and shipping. If you paid by any method other than credit card please include a $4.00 (cash or money order) with your return. Your new ring will be returned to you via USPS First Class Mail upon receipt of the original ring.

If you wish to return an item:

Repackage the item(s) in the original or equivalent packaging with the original invoice (or a copy) and return to us via the US Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Do NOT attempt to return any item in an unpadded, paper envelope! Loss of merchandise due to failure to follow these instructions will be the responsibility of the customer.
