Our Business Practices and Ethics
Here is a short list of things that distinguish us from our competitors:
- Northeast Celtic Jewelry does not drop-ship to our customers. Many internet jewelers simply forward your order to a wholesale drop-shipper when they receive it. We do not rely on a third party to maintain our high standards of quality. We are in business to stay in business.
- We inspect, polish and ultrasonically clean every piece we sell, so your jewelry arrives shining and ready to wear - our competitors cannot make this claim.
- Even with the extra care and attention we provide our prices are very competitive.
- No back orders. If an item is out of stock it is automatically marked as out of stock until we restock. Also, you have the option of being notified automatically by e-mail when it is back in stock.
- We have a very low rate of return. The overwhelming majority of our returns/exchanges are the result of customers misjudging the size of an item.
- We never mark up our prices so that we can draw a red line through the higher price and claim to be selling it for 50 or 75% off. We charge what we need to charge to be competitive while delivering a superior product.
- Every silver item you purchase from us includes
a satin gift bag. This provides attractive gift wrapping and can be
used to protect and store your jewelry.
- Northeast Celtic Jewelry is a family owned and operated business and we can truthfully say that
we feel a genuine desire to deal fairly and honestly with our
customers. We were consumers long before we thought of becoming
merchants and we try never to forget our obligations to our customers.
